Early Strategies is an organizational change consultancy.

Early Strategies was founded by Cécile Demailly in 2008. Cécile brings 20 years of international experience in IBM, AT&T and GE, in executive and people management roles. Her focus is to help clients get up to speed with the rapidly changing business world, revisit where necessary their vision, mission and strategy, and implement change. She holds an MA in Business, an executive Master in Organizational Change (double degree HEC Paris & Oxford University Saïd Business School) and a professional degree in neurocognitive and behavioral psychology. She is an expert in change management, organizational behavior, technology adoption and related fields.
